We implement stringent quality control procedures at every stage to guarantee your sportswear satisfies international performance, durability, and aesthetic standards, from locating premium materials to the last inspection prior to shipment.

Pre-Production Quality Inspections

Examining raw materials for fabric weight, color accuracy, shrinkage, and stretch; testing in a lab for breathability, moisture-wicking, and colorfastness sample approvals and pre-production testing.

Monitoring of In-Line Production

Quality inspectors are assigned to the production line. Real-time monitoring of stitching precision, design placement, and workmanship Correcting any defects immediately to avoid more serious issues

Final Post-Production Inspection

Verify using a normal AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) check or a 100% clothes inspection. Accurate measurements and dimensions tidy stitching with no loose threads Proper labeling, branding, and tag placement Print coherence and crispness.

Quality of Packaging

Barcoding and labeling in compliance with client standards; wrinkle-free, immaculate folding and pressing; protective packaging to avoid moisture or damage during delivery.

Internal Testing Capabilities

Grams per Square Metre (GSM) Strength Test Tensile strength Dimensional Stability and Shrinkage Test Fabric Colour Fastness Testing (rubbing, washing, UV)
